FAQ

How will I receive my images?

Once your gallery is completed, you will receive an email with a gallery link attached. The link will take you to an online gallery where you will be able to download and/or purchase images from your session.

How long will it take to receive my images?

On average, your gallery will be completed 14 days after the session has concluded.

Can I purchase extra images not included in my package?

Absolutely! You will be able to add extra digital images or professionally printed products to your cart once you receive your gallery link.

What happens if I am unable to make my session?

Please contact me as soon as you are aware that you can no longer make your session time and we will discuss options.

Will my images be watermarked?

Yes, and no. Your images will indeed have a watermark on them when you view them on your online gallery. However, once you have downloaded your purchased images, the watermark will be removed.

Is my retainer refundable?

Your retainer is Non-Refundable, as it is used to secure your date on our calendar. However, under certain circumstances, your retainer can be transferred to a future session if you are unable to make your scheduled date.

When should I book my newborn lifestyle session?

I recommend that you book your newborn lifestyle session within the first 14 days of your baby's life. However, since I don't do any posed newborn work, It isn't 100% necessary that the session occurs in those first 2 weeks. Since birth and healing can be so unpredictable, I am more than happy to schedule your newborn lifestyle session anytime in the first 3 months of life.

When should I book my maternity session?

Because no two bellies or pregnancies are alike, maternity sessions can happen anytime in the 2nd or 3rd trimester. What I have learned is that most women feel most comfortable with pictures occurring during their 28th - 36th week of pregnancy.
